DESIGN CONCEPT
In Residential or Commercial design, we can be assigned to be responsible for complete schemes, material specifications and furniture design.

ESTABLISH THE BUDGET
Once the design is approved, budget is prepared to suit the intended brief. Cost summaries are prepared to assist the client in the preparation of their own internal budget planning.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION
We prepare contract documents that include the design brief, budget with appropriate planning scheme and final layouts which include detailed drawings for client reviewal and approval.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We provide site supervision and co-ordination work from its construction through its completion. We also monitor the project right up to the expiry of the defects liability period.

AFTER SERVICES
After the completion of the project, should the client require immediate adjustment or rectification, we will always be there for advice and assistance.
